Where is the Clippers Flagship Store located?
The Clippers Flagship Store is located at the Plaza Entrance of Intuit Dome, making it easily accessible for fans on both event days and select non-event days.

Can I visit the store without attending a game?
Yes. Because the store is located at the Plaza Entrance, guests may visit the Flagship Store during regular operating hours without a game ticket.
Parking Information
Please park in the VIP West Garage and enter via the Pedestrian Bridge on the 2nd Level.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
(Unless otherwise noted for events or gamedays)

Store hours may adjust for games, special events, or holidays. Event-day hours may differ from standard operating hours.
How can I check the status of my order?
- You can check the status of your order by clicking the “View Your Order” button in your order confirmation email.
When will I receive tracking information for my order?
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email after my payment has been processed?
- If your payment has been processed and you haven’t received a confirmation email within two hours, please get in touch with our support team with the "Contact Us" form below.
How do I change or cancel my order?
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please fill out the form below.
- Note: Once your order has reached a certain point in processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Contact us through the form below as soon as possible for any changes or cancellations.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept most major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Is there sales tax on my purchase?
- Sales tax will be collected on applicable orders based on your shipping address.
- Tax rates are subject to change at any time.
What is your return policy?
- We gladly accept exchanges and returns for all eligible items purchased from Shopclippers.com within 14 days of purchase. Your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition with tags attached.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any customized products, Topps cards, chuck blind boxes, and mystery boxes.

What is your price match policy?
- Price matches may be requested at time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase.
- Price match requests must be supported by a current advertisement or a functioning link to a competitor’s website
- To request a price match for purchases made at The Flagship or on Shopclippers.com, please reach out to through the form below.
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Price adjustments do not apply to items of the game or other limited-time sale
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately through the form below if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item.
- Please note – you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and product must be unworn & unwashed to be eligible for a refund.
